I cant watch .avi's on my computer because I dont have that on my computer...anyone know where I can get it?

i thought windows media-player can play avi's.... are we talking about divx here? if we are.. goto the divx site.. i have the addy somewhere.. need to find it.. try google to look for it.. ill send you an icq if i find the link.. download the free patch :)

I dont get sound on my .avi, and it says I need directX to set my sound system up on my computer...

ah.. my mistake..

it actually depends on what type of vids you are trying to watch... some of them require codecs to be installed to play it correctly.

also you should get DirectX 8 :)
