We're looking to hire a website for their ad space, and we're willing to pay them $10.00 a month for it. We're not expecting large traffic sites to respond to this, but you've got to have SOME visitors in order for this to be worth it for us. Ad can be in rotation with up to 3 other sites, and must be in the upper half of the website.

www.vbpanel.com is willing to display your ad banner....but if you are paying only $10/mo, it will not be in the upper half, and there will be more than 3 banners most likely....as $10/.mo for advertising is vrey cheap
