i have a few customers that would like to clear out there space from there email. example:
/mail/domain.com/username/inbox

how does this file get cleaned out or refreshed?

does it do itself automatically?

also i am not sure if webmail has anything to do with this problem.

i thought it had something to do with the customer checking off "keep a copy of the message on the server" in their pc's email program, but that is not the case here.

i am posting here because you guys always help me the fastest.
