For all of those who like to bitch about the mods here, just take a look at that forum and how the mental midgets there are allowed to drag what could be a decent forum into the toilet.

I can't believe they don't have any kind of word filters...but what do you expect when their mods act like a mob of monkies flinging crap at each other.

Most sites I visit have some sort of word filters. I can't stand people who curse all the time.

Well the other thread was about acuraworld forums stealing wht design this one is regarding forum moderation and the difference good mods make in a forum comapring wht to that other forum. I would think Honda- Acura would shut them down I sure wouldn't want my company/product associated with that forum.

Interesting point arpmn, if I was an Acura employee, I wouldn't be too happy...

because a site allows all language good or bad, that makes it a horrible site? the fact of the matter is that acuraworld is a spin off of another site due to nazi modding. so the new site didnt want to control language that is commonly used in real life.

also the lounge area is where that language takes place and is not for everyone. acuraworld is a car forum and that area does not allow any bashing or bad language. the lounge for us is an open bar style room. like the real registered members there you can just not go to the lounge is you dont like the environment.

also i believe your forum is disrespectful. a newbie is not a nice thing to say to a new member. yet your forum automatically puts that under a new members screen name. this is how you treat new members by automatically calling them names. they might be a newbie to your forum but that doesnt mean that they are not knowledge people. we call them junior members which is better than your new, your posts dont count, and you know nothing about anything here until that newbie changes to head dick.

however feel free to come over to our forum for some more bashing since it got boring since we banned the last guy.

oh and whats taking so long to close our forum, wont happen dude.
