Hi :)
I have two, unverified paypal accounts, both have credit, one i've used many times the other i've not used before.
One of the accounts has a sending limit of $745 but the other, the one i'm trying to use today has a sending limit of $0 :( meaning even though it's in credit i can't send any money.
Any idea why this is, why would it set the account with a limit of $0? is it something i messed up when i registered it?
I've sent an email to paypal, but no idea how long their response times are so thought i'd post.
thanks.

Try adding your credit card or bank account. Also look in the FAQ.

Is one a business/premier account and the other a personal account? Paypal limits you to one account. The only exception is to have one personal and one business.
Also you will need to verfiy bank and cc information.

i dislike paypal for this fact. I have had this happen before. They require a bank account attached to the card. they also do not take your credit card off file until you attach a bank account. I think that is illegal if you request it be removed, but they ignored me.

PayPal will **** you like a cheap whore if you don't watch out - they live off of screwing people out of their money and then being impossible to get in touch with.

Not really, I have found paypal to be great with support, call 'em up and they will be fine. I have no problems with paypal, just use a credit card and a bank account and get verified. Not hard.

I called Paypal about a simple thing at about 11:00 PM and it took 20 minutes of holding to get connected to someone so I explained my problem. Then they sent me to someone else which was another 10 minutes of holding then that person sent me to someone else. I got sent to about 5 other people and then at the end they told me to e-mail support :(

Well, what were you calling them for? To complain about not being able to get money or report seller fraud. They love hearing about seller fraud, as it lets them freeze an account with ease. If you are someone who had an account frozen, then you can forget about getting any help. When they were trying to increase their revenues to receive a better credit rating, they froze an abnormally large ammount of accounts and called that revenue. Some business plan.
Their new user agreement basically gives them the ability to draw funds from your bank account, freeze your PayPal account and many other things...all because someone agrees to it.

Getting verified takes approx. 2mins. I was kind of surprised actually.
