I request all the WHT members to tell me which controll panel (Cpanel6 or Plesk) is better, user friendly and most liked by users

Based on what users like the most I would say CPanel for its looks and usability.

CPANEL is for ease of use.. plesk is easy to.. but I think cpanel is the most "user friendly".

When I spent time researching this last year, cPanel came out on top for the customers preferred panel. I know it has a tendancy to break things or carry the odd bug but this doesn't affect the customer's choice because bug's aren't their concern - it's out job to make sure it all works correctly.

As for the other points, it's all down to personal preference so you're better checking out demos of each and seeing which you prefer.

All WHT members? That's a tall order...

There are online demos and evaluation licenses available for both cPanel and Plesk, so go ahead and try them yourself. The basic stereotype is that users prefer cPanel and sysadmins prefer Plesk.
