I am looking for a web designer to design from scratch a site for me. It will be aimed at women and it's main "competitors" as such will be www.women.com and their related websites.

I can offer part payment in cash and/or hosting on my server. Terms and length etc can be negotiated so if anyone thinks they could help out with this project please post here :) Also if you are interested and could post a link to portfolios of your work and a quote on how much you would charge that would be super-dooper.
