I have not used this personally, but im sure you could do a search on WHT to find out a lot of information on it. It works with the main control panels also.

MBill is very nice, but sometimes a hassle, like configurations and such.

I personal use perlbill but it only has intergration with cpanel. Their support is horrible now though.

ClientExec for me. Simple yet powerful. It doesn't automate anything but I prefer to do things manually anyway.

ClientExec is quite nice, I've been using it for a few months now since some earlier releases and I like it very much. But there are many other good alternatives out there I'm just not familiar with them.

Modernbill, PHPmanager, CLient Exec, WHN Billing are some to name. Although there another 1 that has intergration with cpanel/whm but I can't quite recall the name of it now.

I use PHP COIN and it awesome. I will be adding a WHM/Cpanel intergration in a week and changing the design.
