Yeah. PhP Manager is great. We use it to. Relatively cheap as well. A one-time fee of $59.00 I beleive. Also, be sure to verify (by phone) each sale as you receive it. I wouldn't recommend instant activation. We didn't listen to the experienced resellers when they told us to avoid it, but we should have. It's an easy way to avoid fraud. Take it from us. We learned the hard way. $2000 in fake sales.

Wait a year and see if the one time fee is one time per year. Search phpmanager here and be prepared to read and maybe cry :D

Yup...what they said. You pay every year, and support has gone to h*ll. Best search for recent threads here about that script...

Out of curiosity, I went to look at your site, and it seems you're not using it to take orders. This is the signup form action:
[domain removed]/cgi-sys/FormMail-clone.cgi

Taking credit cards via FormMail? Dang.
Why would you recommend phpmanager when you don't *appear* to be using it?

In order of cost (prices are approximate):
ClientExec (no WHM integration yet, but a nice solution) $99
Perlbill (does a lot of what you need) $179
Modernbill (800 pound gorilla, but works great once configured) Price depends on license version.

There's a lot of others, but these are ones I've personally used.
