I am willing to pay: $50.00 per month.

What I need:
- At least 500MB space.
- At least 4 GB bandwidth.
- PHP 4
- PostgreSQL, preferably 7.1, but as far back as 6.3.
- Somebody who has a clue about PostgreSQL.
- 99.5% or better uptime (for real).

What would be great:
- More space
- More bandwidth
(This is a heavily image-based site. No, not pr0n. Art history. ;) )


What I don't need (though I'll take what I get):
- Java, Java servlets
- ASP
- Frontpage extensions.
- Gobs of e-mail addresses ;)
- Shell access
- MySQL
- cgi
- e-commerce stuff of any sort.

Can anybody do that? I basically need the scripting (PHP), the database (Postgres), and the space/bandwidth to run it, with the promise of a reliable site. If it matters, we champion open-soure and all content will be free. We are still looking into the advantages/disadvantages of becoming a legally non-profit company.
