I and a friend currently want to move our domains to a new host, as our last one has been down for more time than has been acceptable to us these past few weeks.

What we need in a plan are these:

Space: at least 250 mb
Bandwidth per month: at least 5-8 gb (more would be nice, though)
15+ Subdomains
multiple FTP accounts
cgi-bin
20+ POP accounts
e-mail forwarders

all at $10-$12 u.s. a month, since we can't afford much more than that.

Our Platinum plan sounds like it would work for you. I could give you an additional 100megs of space to it for free(300 megs total), I will be willing to add 15 additional sub domains free of charge as well, you get 200 pop accounts, unlimited e-mail forwarders, multiple ftp accounts, 6 gigs of bandwidth.
