So to sum it. It's like this:

Me(the owner of the hosting company) will act as the main administrator, advertisor, sales and other stuff.

You (partner and technical support guru) would act mainly as the person to help troubleshoot for customers.

Remember this ain't any big company or anthing like around here. It's just a part time thing for me and you (potential partner).
