I couldn't believe it myself. I called them this morning to have them fix an error their representatives were coming up with when trying to transfer client domains to my nameservers. The whole call lasted 5.5 minutes, they guy was not an idiot, admitted the last person who did it screwed up and said it would be all set in 24 -48 hrs. End of call. Wow, the first time I called them(4 months ago), I was on the phone for 42 minutes, had to get to Tier 3 support, which was rude, and obviously didn't fix my problem....maybe netsol is looking up.
