200GB should work...
Depending on how much memory you have,
if you have >=256MB you're fine..

However, it mainly depends if it's HTTP only or not, see CGI's require a lot of RAM and CPU...

If your site is running lots of CGI script than probably 30 - 40GB.

what do you mean? I think a RAQ can handle any amount of bandwidth per month. They only thing you need to worry is that your dedicated company will charge you $ for those extra bandwidth.

I dont know about any amount, every server let alone the raq4 has limits.

The servers arn't limited at all on how much bandwidth a month they can handle, you guys are talking about server load...

I bet tera-byte uses up a good 400GB+ per server.

my raq 3 runs 100K banners per day + over 30K html pages, 2 lightly loaded message boards plus 50 parked domains. the server load is about 0.5 to 1.0 some times it spikes to 2.5 if I remove the banner script the load drops to almost 0.1

PS. I have 128 ram.

Aloha
as others have said yeah you should be able to handle 200 gigs of transfer on basic sites
if you have 200 sites all running a BB ya might crash your serever out more often if they run a mix of stuff and are basic sites ya should be fine
saw something somewhere that someone had a raq around 250-300 gigs and started having cpu load probs he was pushing a lot of ads though

but bang for buck you should be OK
if ya start running more ya might be able to move up to a better faster server
