Again i am having problems at stargate ,
I have bulk account there, Trying to register domains,
I give my account code there, everything goes fine normally but no confirmation coming in the end
THe domains are not getting registered, No email confirmation to admin contact, No balance reduction from my account.
Is it just me or someone else also facing the problem
I am trying to register a domain that begins with 2
something like 2nd-abcd.com
Is it valid ?
because it does not show invalid when i try to do it

manish, have you emailed star gate about this? what did they have to say if you did?

As usual , no reply
anyway it got fixed now and i managed to register a domain name there,
They are slow in replying to email till and once it is working like now , they will write that there is no problem at all,
But honestly i could not register with them aprox 7-8 hours ago.
Good that i have more than one place where i do my domains ,
Anyway works now, I guess these problems will be there till they are fully done with the bug fixing and maintenece on their systems,
Just an unrelated note: Your website looks very good, i am really impressed :)

Hi,
that with the littlebit slowly E-Mail-Support are you right, but when they read it then Stargate fix it fast. The best is when you use the Live-Support, was everytime fast & good !

as for the problem.. i guess im gonna scratch stargate of my possbile domain reselling list :(
is that stargateinc.com? funny, sometimes the page loads and sometimes it doesn't...

Anyway i finally recd email from them and this is what they said
We had a temporary problem with Veri-Sign. That problem should be solved now. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Its is good that they atleast accept that they have a problem
