we offer cool breeze, and have gottne tired of the numerous updates and lack of demand.
we have alos considered getting fantastico however it appears to open the flood gate for support requests.
any opinions?
is it worth it?

is it bnacuse they like it and it creates a hideous amount of support
or issues with clients because when they come for support you tell them to go to the softwares website for help?
this is our potential issue with all the added installs...
asking for more support w/o benefit
