ehm...

well as for "I need a server", have a look at the advertisement section, there are a lot of offers there.
Or try www.hostsearch.com

As for I need ns1.blabla.com
You need a server for that first :)

I strongly suggest that you get a raq from rackshack or 4webspace and begin with it. I found many documentation for how-tos on a raq. They are simple and very easy to be understood.

However, many UNIX how-tos are very complicated as it involve more methods than a raq do. And you need to know about some basic UNIX knowledge to get started with the guide.

I can help you or guide you on a raq if you want.

Look for a "managed" dedicated server.
This will come with full system administration and support, and will let you learn the ropes.
Companies that offer managed dedicated servers have their offerings setup so that even newbies can run their own server!

are you know how to manage the server, install and configure some software??

if you need to have a dedicated server them I think you better try to get some courses or books for the operating system that you want to use.
