Spirit Connect has a new server management division - www.TheServerDen.com
After enquires we got regarding our server management division, after we posted in a thread, I’ve decided to launch the service now, before our site and content go up.
We are targeting newbie’s, that have servers with Rackshack or another unmanaged server company, that are finding it too hard to manage their server or just don’t understand Linux yet. We basically manage your entire server, and keep it online for you. We also train you on how to manage your server so over time you’ll actually become a better Linux host, if you want to.
When you signup up to our Monthly Server Management Plan you just pay the one monthly cost, and you can submit an unlimited amount of tickets and there are no tickets we can’t answer. Say you want IonCube loaded into PHP not a problem because this is all included under our management plan!
Linux Red Hat Monthly Server Management
Supported OS: RH 7.3/8.0
Supported Control Panel: cPanel Only At This Time.
Other control panels such as Plesk and Ensim Pro will be considered if there is a demand for it.
Fully managed and network monitored $35/month* (one low cost, no other fee’s are payable to us)
Our management services include:
Installing Firewall for the first time
SSH lockdown (change SSH port)
Update Kernel (If required)
Support for all Cpanel Issues (No buts, no exceptions, every ticket will be answered and worked on)
Keeping server up and running, we contact server NOC for a reboot if the server goes down.
What we need at all times:
Root access
You helpdesk login information for server reboots
A list of all the IP’s that the server has assigned to it.
Remember $35/month* is all you pay to have your server fully managed and kept up to date and running.
This is only available to the next 10 people.
