Well I have three accounts on hostrocket, and I like the customer support they have over there, I never had any problems at all. Ive been with them since April. I have never tried hostiva or aletia, so I can't compare.

I'm currently with Aletia and I've been very impressed with the support Aletia offers in terms of ICQ/AIM and e-mail support. Sales questions were responded quite prompt.

Their service and support are often poor. They have a trouble ticket system and out tickets often got no reply. They have no phone support and do not answer e-mails. They have an on line forum. There they delete complaints and support requests so you cannot use those to gauge their communication. When they do communicate they are often not very friendly and do not answer your questions directly. We canceled everything with them a few weeks ago when they left us down for days without a word!
