Greetings,
We just received a request for a new web project. Here are the details:
1) The website would be targeted to three different groups: Clients, Attorneys, and Brokers.
2) Flash would be used in designing the page for clients
3) The page for clients would be available in Spanish as well as in English. The clients would also be able to apply online (the format of the application would be similar to the application that is currently available on this website
at http://litigationfinancing.com/main/requestinfo.htm, also when applying clients should be able to upload some documents by using "browse" button).
4) We also need to gather a database of clients' e-mails (and databases of attorneys¨ˆ and brokers' e-mails)
5) The attorneys' page would allow attorneys to fill out an application for the client and upload additional info (the format of the application would be similar to the application that is currently available on the website)
6) The brokers¨ˆ page would contain general information for potential brokers.
7)* The website would also offer a system that would allow the brokers to perform a variety of tasks suited to their business. At this time, tasks required include accessing account balance, viewing the number of current cases (which may vary from 1 to 200) and the status of the cases. Every case would have the following fields:
Client¨ˆs name
Status of the case (Waiting on info from attorney/ Denied (date)/ Approved
(date)/ Funded (date), etc.)
Amount requested
Amount Approved (If approved)
Amount Funded (If funded)
At this time we are expecting 9-16 brokers to use this service. This number is forecasted to increase to 30-35 within the next year
* Please provide us with a quote for the project with the secure system for brokers as well as with the quote for the project without the system for brokers.
8) Other pages of the website will include: contact us, testimonials (for clients, attorneys, and brokers), our services, links, about us, FAQ, why use us, home, etc.
9) Also, we are interested in the concept of "virtual tours". Let us know if you know how to do that.
Also, here are some websites of other litigation funding companies:
http://www.cashabc.com/
http://www.fundingoffice.com/
http://www.hsacfunding.com/
http://www.captran.com/
http://injuryfunds.com/
Here are the websites that I personally like:
http://www.kqed.org
Very good in terms of colors
http://www.ing.com/us
A good example of a financial site
http://www.graycary.com
A lawyer site, very good in terms of presenting the information
http://nike.com/main.html
Great use of flash
If you are interested, please send us a PM with your background, price range, and the time frame we are looking at.
Warmest Regards,
Boris
