i was wondering if there were any reliable dedicated hosts out there, i'm considering moving to one in the future, and i would like to see the prices you guys offer. i'm thinking acsdatanet, but i'm not too sure about them. also, i'm not too familiar with Raqs, can you telnet or SSH to them so that one can install new software?

What I'm looking for:

Single Pentium III/Celeron 633 Mhz
~5 GB HD (10 if you don't have the parts)
around the area of 40 GB transfer/mo.
reliable connection 98% uptime
automatic reboot (i'm lazy  )
mySQL, Apache 1.3.20, Perl 5.0.0.6, PHP 4 and RealServer 8 preinstalled

P.S. my budget is $99 a month and max $125 setup fee
P.P.S is acsdatanet for real?

The only dedicated server you'll get for that price is a RaQ4.

I was thinking about rackshack.net, they have 175 GB transfer but that means I have to get my money together and quick (only 8 left). I don't have a bank account :stickout
