There is a company I would like to find out some details about. I know they're incorporated in California. Is there a registry of all californian Inc.'s where I could look them up?

Anyone know the URL?

The company I mean is the "Open Source Initiative", http://www.opensource.org

It's a california based 503(c)3 tax exempt educational organization.

I want to figure out when this thing was incorporated and if I could look at the bylaws of this company, that would also be interesting.

I suppose, since it's an Inc., there must be sort of a registry, which is hopefully public, isn't it? :)
