Ok, that thread is getting way to long with cut and pastes along with straying off the topic it is starting to become confusing. So simple put is there a software that can be used by a web hosting provider that accuratly measures and desplays (also to customer) the bandwidth of HTTP, FTP, and email?

The only thing I know of is Cpanel, which, as far as I know shows at least the HTTP bandwidth to the user.
