Has anyone ever had problems with them before? I can't log into their secure site to change my credit card info (card expired). I don't have trouble getting into other secure sites. Several e-mails haven't gotten a human response. I've heard nothing but good things about them, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't post this until now, but I'm going to be mad if my site goes down in a few days because they won't respond to me!

They had a few problems the last few weeks. Everything has been back to normal for me now. Did you submit a ticket to helpdesk.wizardshosting.com? They usually get answered pretty quick.

where did you sent it to ? anyway ... we still recovering the 'key' from the secure certificate, but not to worry, we would not close any accounts ;)

i have had some very minor downtime (less than 1 hour) today and a little bit over the last week, but compared to other hosts thats nothing, so i wouldn't worry about it

i have always found their support to be very helpful and efficient. are you sending your requests to the right place as woody pointed out??

I sent mail to "billing@wizardshosting.com", which is the listed address for billing inquiries. I also sent one to "carlos@wizardshosting.com" I have recieved e-mails that said if I didn't change my card information, my account would be closed. As long as Carlos says my account won't be closed, I won't worry about it. I would like to be able to pay ASAP though.

Trust me .. we would never keep anybody from paying ;)

I finally got the 'wizard' server here at home (the one that crashed) .. and trying to retrieve the files nwo :)
