Also, do you have Ensim Pro or cPanel? Lastly, you mentioned free direct admin at thread title. But we still have to pay 15?

Defined Terms:

Fully Managed: We will assist you in troubleshooting issues over the help desk and we even login to your server to fix the matter if it comes down to that.

Server Enterprise will replace any faulty hardware, upgrade the latest kernel and security patches, along with server monitoring on basic ports.

Turn around for reboots are within 120 minutes (2 hours).

Basic Ports: HTTP, FTP, MySQL, POP3, SMTP and Direct Admin

Towards the bottom of the first post, it explains how to get Direct Admin for free. If you choose the other options over Direct Admin, you'll then have to pay $15.00 per month if you would like Direct Admin on your server.

At this time, we do not support Ensim Pro or CPanel, these offers are only for Direct Admin or no control panel.

Can we substitute a lower bandwidth allocation and lower HD space for more ram?

Our main office is located in Atlanta, Georgia. These packages and pricings cannot be altered since they are at a sale price.

Another IP address costs approximately $1.50 per month, and they may be purchased in block of 8.
