Anybody have any experience with the Sun Netra X1 Server ?? .. sound too cheap to be true :) .. I am in need of a Sun machine to install some Solaris specific monitoring software

we're currently switching our sites from RaQ 3's to X1 Units because they are better (IMHO). The servers are good and cheap because the are build up on PC hardware. IDE Disk, PC133 SDRAM, no FDD, no CD, no VGA only 2 Ethernet Ports and 2 Serial Ports and a Sparc Processor.

I only have two Problems with the X1 Units.

1.) The serial cable to connect the X1 to a Laptop. There was no correct adapter with the Netra so i had to build one by myself because i don't like to pay much for a simple cable.

2.) I had to reinstall 2 X1's because Solaris is broken. For this i had to build up another Solaris Server and setup an install server on this and then reinstall the Netras via the Network.
