Trying to get an idea of costs, this is not for immediate purchse but I'd like to get an idea of numbers. How much could people do this for:

managed dedicated
800mhz or plus cpu (AMD just as good + ability to install faster cpu's)
40+ GB HDD (7200 ata66/100 hdd with decent cache)
133 fsb
512mb or + ram
Redhat or like
50GB or plus bandwith with good upgrade costs
monthly costing
Ability to upgrade h/w for 1 off setup fees & other h/w options.

Same but 266 FSB....

Win2k price variations as well?
