I am running v1.2 RC 1.

I have 2 problems

1 I edited the User/Title / rank I added a superuser. I added too many pips, and I do not show a way to edit or delete it. It only shows Add.

Also, I have an admin user, andit is stopping me from sending out maile only after 15 minutes. This is a nice feature for a user, but NOT an Admin, How do I edit it?
