I've been trying 3 days now to e-mail them and even phoned but I'm not getting any response, have they went under ?
I hope not as they were really really good at first and got back in touch with you sometimes within an hour
so if anybody knows anything could they let me know please

I think you should read their forums.
There's something about an attack on their mail server.

@ Braveheart00 - You posted this almost 2 months ago, I'm well aware of this, but I just spotted it and thought it would be worth commenting.
We did not go out of business (not as far as I know anyway :D) and as far as I can remember we've had no major issues with email downtime, particularly on our email servers. Particularly with internal email, if there's ever an issue, email is re-routed via another channel and we should receive that anyway - regardless of the condition of any of our mailservers.
It was a long time ago, so I really cannot explain exactly what happened - but I can assure you that we *should* always be contactable via some method, whether email (if urgent only, please), telephone, our forums or in person if not all methods.
We're financially secure, and plan to stay in the industry long-term, so you have no worries about your website staying around.
