We have a ********** reselleraccount since August 2003. The downtime of our own websites and also the ones of our clients was about 15%, due to all kind of problems ********** seems to have all the time. Untill now (Dec. 27, 2003) the problems have not been resolved yet. We cannot have new .nl domains on this reseller account and we have lost some clients that got sick from all the problems.
********** needs at this moment already over 6 weeks to arrange something as simple as making sure new accounts are added to our own virtual dns servers (for which we even paid for two IP's extra money).
We had to open an account with a new reseller last month, which is more expensive, but who is capable of giving response within 3 minutes to one hour (!!!!) if we have a question.
We have paid ********** US$ 444,-- for our reseller account and two IP's and the result is that we now had to move all our domains to another service to make sure we are online.
We simply had a lot of work uploading our websites two times during the last four months and lost money and goodwill from our clients.
********** did not respond to our request to pay us back money or solve the problems since a few weeks now.
In Dutch the word NEP means fake, and so it is: ********** should change its name into FAKEhosting.
It is very bad for the confidence in internet business that companies like ********** excist.
