How can I forward the mail of a user to another email address (not on this server) and also have the mail sent to pop account on this server?

In otherwords have the mail coming to user1@raq.com go to user1@raq.com and user1@work.com.

Ooooh. Not sure about having the email CC to another account, but you can set up a dummy mailing list which will forward the mail to lot's of addresses at once. Set up a mailing list - e.g. user@raq.com and subscribe your forwarded email addresses to it (e.g. user@work.com and user-dummy@raq.com). Setup the list so that anyone can email to it, but can't subscribe.

We had a similar situation where we wanted a general email address which would forward to all our management staff, so we set up a mailing list info@insidecg.com which sends to all management.
