Each one of these providers have not been able to meet our expectations for the long term,

We have a IIS ASP WEB based application Order Entry, A/R, reporting etc.
This app is used by our customer base on a 365x24x7 basis.

Our configuration
Linux firewall running iptables
W2K IIS server
W2K SQL DB Server
Bandwidth ~ 60Gb / mth

We are currently looking for a hosting service that specializes in hosting a WEB based application.

Anybody have a similar configuration & has been with their hosting provider for 12-24 mths & is happy with most aspects of the service
Sales: responsive, fight for my rights as their customer
Tech: know what they are talking about & do what they say they will
Infrastructure: fault tolerant network, don't over sell the capacity
Prcing: don't try & fit everyone into a fortune 500 pricing category
