I need someone to design the web for me. Hence, following are my requirements:

1. If possible, please design a logo for the website.
2. The website is mainly to hold photographs that I have taken.
3. I need a homepage template with links to a) my bio, b) my galfriend bio, c) our resumes, d) diary, e) gallery, f) travelogue, g) camera equipment
4. I am more concerned about the gallery and the travelogue because I may need a separate template for each of them
5. The gallery should allow me to post my pictures (jpeg) easily. And the gallery should be able to allow me to easily add sub-categories to it.
6. The travelogue will consist of some pictures of my travelling experiences. Only a template is required so that as I travel more, I can easily add more to the travelogue using HTML
7. As the website is more of a photography site, I hope the design will be artistic and sleek. I have no constraints on colors, so I shall leave it to your imagination.
8. Hopefully the layout of the web design does not require too much vertical and horizontal scrolling.
9. Limit flash (if required) to the header only.
10. Provide one or two levels of logging in to the gallery and resume section. Will discuss this further.
11. I shall be given the rights of the design (is this ethical? please advise) and the codings (HTML or PHP etc). I also need the design in PSD format so that I can edit here and there or make some additions after some time. Sliced HTML.

PS. All codings to be done in HTML or PHP. My server doesnt support ASP.

PS. If the gallery needs mySQL, dont worry, I have it.

PS. I am located in Singapore. Hence I need the designer to be able to accept credit card payments.

2. Yes, we will create a photography site for you.
3. No problem with the template. We will present the layout first to you and then you will
comment and suggest. We will need pictures to help us in the layouting. The more the better. :)
4. A separate template for gallery and travelogue. Yes, we can do that.
5. What you need is a content management system. We can create and customize one
for you to achieve this.
6. If you know how to use HTML, then there won't be any problem. If you only need
a template for this page, no problem.
7. One characteristic of our web design is we are considering the purpose of your website.
Expect creativity, sleekness and professionalism to come in play here. :)
8. We will see to it that vertical and horizontal scrolling is minimized or even eliminated.
9. Flash may be good. We will see if it is necessary for your website.
10. Logging into a gallery with access levels. This is great. We will do this.
11. Giving you the rights to the design as to the point of claiming that you are the one who
design it may seem "unethical" in our opinion. You have full ownership of the design and it will not
be resold. But, we will have the right to showcase it on our website as one of our designs.
We hope this is fine with you. You will have the PSDs for editing later.

PHP is fine. We will need also access to your hosting account to create the
necessary mySQL databases.
