I just read Hostexp's http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13309 and think it could be a usefull forum.

To protect themselves, hosts could include in their TOS that they reserve the right to publicly display the names of any persons suspected of fraud. . . . etc.

Just seems to be important to some hosts.

I do not think this is a great idea. Only because

persons suspected of fraud. . . . etc.


Posting people suspected of fraud could cause some problemsifthey didnt commnit fraud...
