Details:
I have a pdf form that needs to be converted to work with my clients dynamic agent replicated sites. This form will need to be in html format and then when submitted be processed into PDF with a few images. This form is currently 4 pages.
Once the html form has been completed and submitted it needs to become a pdf file and; a: be emailed to the client and agent b: be emailed to the client only with instructions on what to do with it.
