Looking for Sales Reps
We will be hiring several new Sales Reps to help us expand our customer base throughout the country. New hires will have commission-based wages and depending on the volume of sales, may be given a salary base.
Your hours would be 100% flexible, and there is no minimum required. However, we do have projected targets we would like you to meet, and if you do so, you will earn extra bonuses.
You will work on your own time and from your home. You can advertise our services on forums, call local businesses, contact webmasters of current sites, placing ads, etc. But NO SPAMMING will be allowed.
Resposibilities
- Must be friendly and courteous at all times. Represent our company in a professional manor. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.
- Must have knowledge of the internet and how it works, and also knowledge of web design and hosting.
- Finding potential clients and creating sales leads.
- Answer any sales related questions from customers.
- Market the company if necessary.
- The ability to make contact with our company on the regular basis. We will provide you with a corporate email account. Also, you should utilze some type of instant messaging program so that potential customers can communicate with you (Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, MSN Messenger, etc).
Payment
Comission is as follows:
25% of all set-up fees
20% recurring from 1-10 accounts
30% recurring from 11-24 accounts
35% recurring from 25-49 accounts
40% recurring from 50+ accounts
Recurring Sales Commission Plan - This is good for the LIFE of the customer as our client. Minimum of 1 new monthly sale to retain recurring income.
As an incentive, you'll also be given bonuses based on your sales volume (Amazon.com gift certificates, digital cameras, cash bonuses, etc). Anyone with more experience will have advantage and will have a higher commission rate.
Payment will occur monthly via any form possible (check, paypal, wire, etc). Pament will be made every 2 weeks if your commissions are significant.
Other Products/Services Commission Plan: Certain products/services that are offered will be items such as web design, search engine marketing, domain name registrations, SSL Certs, Logos, etc. These will be ONE-TIME amounts paid at different levels of commission to be made clear prior to start of your sales. These are considered ala carte items that go hand in hand with the nature of the business therefor would be another opportunity to increase revenue.
