does anybody know what's happening with directoris.com? they've been down all day! :eek:

please don't tell me they're already out of business! :bawling: :D

If i remember correctly directorys were donhost resellers.
Donhost (server6) has been ok today.. (where the reseller accounts are hosted)

I know this because flumpinternet.co.uk is still on the server and its working fine.

However, donhost.co.uk has been downtoday, thats hosted at their datacentre in doncaster... Do directorys have a dedicated server do you know? Maybe they had NOC problems today. (its usally good the doncaster noc)

Im sure that more directorys customers are on the board since i remember a rather large post being about them.

Im sure someone may reply with more info ;)

How long have they been down for?

They're back online... they've been down all day yesterday (tuesday).... here's their email notice.. :

Dear Customer,

We are currently experiencing some network connectivity problems. Our connection
to Highwayone has been out of service due to a problem with Highwayone's network
since yesterday.

Highwayone have assured us that they are working on the problem and hope to have
normal service restored in the next few hours.

They finally got round to sending me one as well.

at least you got one. I was without mail for ages.

Well, I suppose we shouldnt expect too much for the price we paid but....

Is it just me or have the pageload times got much slower?

it is slow... let's hope it's gonna get better...
