I'm using the service right now (don't remember when I signed up for it). The best thing about it is that you can actually subject target where you want your banners to display.

I signed up when the price was $20 per 100,000 impressions and my average click-through rate right now is about 16 cents per click, which is still better than what I would have paid on PPC search engines.
