Has anyone had any experience with http://www.acsdatanet.com? I searched the forums but there were only one or two "they are good/bad" comments. I emailed them a question at 9:00pm not expecting a response until the next day, but about an hour later Clint (I think their CEO) replied back. So if their quick response time continues that is a plus.

Anyone know about their reliability? That is what I am most worried about.

also, it appears acsdatanet and escaldenetworks (the two owners) know each other.... escaladenetworks claims acsdatanet stole their layout and everything...... stole it SO much that it appears acsdatanet forgot to take out support@escaladenetworks.com in their TOS and put support@acsdatanet.com lol.

However they fixed it now, it says support@acsdatanet.com

acsdatanet could be one of those companies that use a good provider but just arent that great customer service wise

Thanks for the reply. In a year of hosting at Iserver.com I have only needed to contact them once for a non critical question, so support is kinda important, but performance and reliability are first for my needs. Thanks for the information!
