"The Truth is Out There..."
Is that a trademark phrase by the X-Files? Or is it just a phrase that anyone can use..?
Can you use that as a slogan for your web hosting company?

Is that a trademark phrase by the X-Files? Yep, 21st Century Fox has it trademarked for a few different usages:

Which doesn't necessarily mean you couldn't use it, or maybe even try to trademark it for another type of use... but I wouldn't.

I dont think they would mind. Go ahead and use it. As long as its not related to scifi movies why should they have any objections.
