I was told that PHP-Nuke is the better of the Web Portal Systems, and I was using this for my website for EQ (Guild/Clan site) at www.godsamongmen.us/ and when i try to load admin.php, nothing loads! What to do? or a better suggestion for my Web Portal System?

Without much info I would guess the config.php path is misconfigured. Check your error logs and see if this is the case and see where it is trying to grab it from and change it as needed.

And make sure you are using the latest version as the old one had a nasty exploit hole.

you could always try Post-Nuke, it worked when phpnuke didnt, but i agree with hostingmetro, it sounds like your config file isnt setup right, or its not chmoded correctly
