I have a brand-new in box, 1U Server from VA Linux, consisting of the following:

Model 1221 Compact 1U form factor
Rackmounting kit: Slide rails and 4 corner mounts included
ServerWorks ServerSet (TM) III LE, 133MHz front side bus
1 Pentium III 1 GHz CPU (dual processor capable, just add another FCPGA 1GHz CPU)
2 GB ECC PC133 RAM (4x512MB) - 4 slots, all used up - but has 2 GB ECC 133 RAM!!!!
3 built-in 10/100 Ethernets
slim 3.5" floppy and 24x CDROM
2 Hard disk drive bays
1 bay has a 10K SCA 36GB Ultra 160 SCSI drive in it, the other is open


Expansion Capabilities:

Two 64 bit/66MHz full size PCI slots
Gigabit Ethernet option
RAID option
External Storage with RAID

Purchased two from VA Linux, only need 1.

Penguin Computing is selling this configuration for $3840.


Shipping should be $40 to 50 for this beast..its a BIG box.

Send me offers...asking $2200 or trade for free server access with good connectivity, with extras. I like to use it for DNS, mail, and I transfer large linux ISO's once and awhile, so the backbone has to be a good one with fast connectivity and good peering.
