We are planning to add hotmail like email hosting services and are looking for offers/suggestions.

The requirements are

a) Web based email
b) User should be able to change passwords etc.
c) We should be able to set disk quota for individual users. Also able to set default quotas.
d) Some kind of spam/virus protection.
e) Fully customisable control panels. We plan to use different domain names targetting various customers
and should be able to change the look of the panels to suit that.
f) 24/7 support
