Recently I began reselling web hosting services for my host, CT.Net, and now that I have received a steady stream of orders I'd like to go through a more affordable registrar for my client's domains.(CT uses network solutions who charges $70 for 2 years of domain registration, they don't even offer single year registration).

I'm new to this hosting thing and I'm not very familiar with the third party domain registration/transfer procedure. Does anyone know of a good, affordable registrar to go through that's reseller-friendly?

Thanks.

probably one of the easiest is Dotster's reseller system. The price is still quite high at $12 or so a domain though I believe. If you can afford it, opensrs gives a full API for $10 a domain as long as you're buying $250 worth at a time to then resell.

Hmm..
yourdomainhost
domainpeople
godaddy

all have reseller options but most want up front bulk orders, so you might as well look at opensrs in that case.

register.com, and bulk register do reseller option too I believe. Not really a lot of help, just mentioning there's quite a range out there :)

I use http://itsyourdomain.com as a domain registrar. They are a little more on the expensive side at 14.95 per year, but have a good reseller program. You can customize it into your site very nicely.
