I have used this http://solutionscripts.com/vault/simple-support/ and Wonderdesk looks alot better (I went through the demo)

This is a similar program that a user of mine wrote that will probably do the same thing and not cost you $500+

Mike... do such facilities charge per month or per annum ?

We use Wonderdesk, and like it quite a lot.

Learner, I'm not sure. I work on it on and off. I need help, if you would like to contribute. I would like to see the bulk of it completed by the end of the year, I've gotten lots of help so far from Duster, Hostmatters, and CfoxHost (thanks guys and gals).

As for the cost, I think it's a one time thing.
