I just wanted to share by experiences with Focal Hosting Solutions (http://www.focalhosting.com). I tried a few hosts before them and nothing has compared to their services.

I went in asking for what I needed; and I got it for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Focal Hosting Solutions if you're looking for a good web host. I've had no problems whatsoever, and their customer support is the best I've encountered. Very friendly!

Heh heh, I think Hostexp is just joking about people who jump on members' backs yelling "SPAM!" the moment someone posts praise for any host they've been a customer of. Don't worry about it, Bryan.

Whoa, I never _once_ accused anyone of spam. I think you need to read my posts a little more carefully and not breeze over them. In every single one of my posts I try to be as subjective and helpful as I can. I think that thread is the one BC closed. I wasn't able to see some of the responses that came to my posts, but I never once accused anyone of spamming. There was a thread around here somewhere that MANY people were accusing that Miz guy of spamming because his first 4 posts were strictly about ValuableHost. They were like a pack of wolves constantly asking him for his URL and to prove that he wasn't affiliated with ValuableHost. I did not agree with their posts as I have seen him before and have seen him on your message board. In a similar thread, if not the same, I also praised your message board for its success and its helpfulness to your clients. You took that post offensively as well because I mentioned "have your customers advertise for you." That was intended to mean:

Since people question your business because of its prices, you should rely on your customers for support and advertisement of your business. Meaning, Don't worry about what other people think, your customers will speak out in your defense and if they are happy, they will make your business look good. The fact that it's an inexpensive host makes the support that much better. People will take ValuableHost more seriously and seperate it from the other inexpensive ones.

I read BC's post about the internet being a faceless community. You sometimes can't tell the tone of a person when you are reading their post. That's a big downside to bulletin boards. :(
