My site currently runs on two servers. All the dynamic PHP/MySQL stuff runs on a dedicated server while the static images are offloaded on a virtual hosting account.

I want to replace this virtual hosting account with something better but I do not yet want to lease a second dedicated server. Therefore I am interested in sharing the costs of a dedicated server with somebody who already has a dedicated server.

Conditions:
1) The content is 100 % static (.gif, .jpg)
2) Required bandwidth 50 Gb per month
3) No webhosting companies. The server should only
host 2 websites including mine. Don't want to end up
on a Raq3 with 100 other sites.
