Hi we have a few colo in Usa, it happens usually that some domains loose part of "var/named" date and fall down.
They come up again by editing var/named data and restarting bind- There's no way to stop that silly process. 2 servers on 28 act that way.
Now we are just wondering if this is a cpanel3 bug or we've overcharged them too much?

I just got my server last week and I have nothing but problems with WHM. My name servers just started working today and as soon as I added 2 new accounts (ouch)! I can no longer access my server using the domain name. I noticed that the accounts used my NS1 & NS2 ip’s, yes they were reserved. I tried deleting the new accounts, but I still can’t access the domain.

Anyone got any ideas? :bawling:
