View Full Version : Cant perform refund using 2CO admin panel

I cant seem to refund the orders using 2co admin panel. Is it me or other users are facing the same problem?

Yep, same problem here too. On top of this there's no stats in the "payments" area after June 16th, meaning the whole batch of the 2nd half of June isn't showing up. Anyone else having that problem?

3. Are the recurring billlings going on as usual? I seem to have missed several?

Well, they have been taking a while to happen for me, if that's what you mean. Sometimes up to 24 hours to get the email about the customer or be able to review the customer submitted information through the admin panel.

It seems to me that either certain recurring billings have been missed Or i just did not get the email receipts and also there is no indication of the recurring billings in the admin panel. Its all so confusing..but i am willing to wait..

I can finally see 2nd half of June in the payments, I think they're just overloaded again on their servers.

there are some problem with their server. cannot charge recurring bill is a big problem.:angry: :angry:

Here is a trick i have learned to refund recent orders which give error:

Click on "Refund Startup Charges"
It will show a screen saying $0.00 refunded but if you go back you see it now says
Number of Installments Billed : 1
Number of Installments Refunded : 1

No, for me it does more than just not refund it, it times out and gives an error and doesn't actually refund when I go back later.

I was experiencing the same problem. The 2CO system kept refusing to do the refund. After 48 hours, it allowed me to complete the refund.
