I thought I would interest you in advertising on my web site (* http://www.eqlounge.com/ *), which generates a significant amount of unique hits per day. The web site is dedicated to an upcoming online RPG and the general audience is males between the ages of 16-42, which seem to be an excellent target for advertising web hosting. The title is expected to be released in winter of this year, and a very large portion of my visitors are creating guilds (or clans) which will require web sites and web hosting. Those who are not creating web sites will create online forums for their guilds which will also require hosting. This is an excellent opportunity for any web host who is in need of high-quality traffic.
There are four ad spots available (120x600, 468x60, 125x125 or smaller, newsletter). I will setup advertising software and host the banners for you. The software will probably be PHP and will be able to track "impressions" and "uniques" for both CPM and click-through rates
Requirements:
Advertisements must look professional and deliver a direct message to the visitor.
Acceptable: "300 MB Space, 10 GB Bandwidth, $9.95/mo. Click here!"
Not acceptable: "Click the balloon to win $500!" or "Congratulations, click to claim your prize!"
120x600 – Less than 24K
468x60 – Less than 12K
125x125 – Less than 4K
Newsletter – Two lines maximum at 72 characters/line + link
Images may continue the same animation for up to 8 seconds.
Rates:
120x600 – $2.50 CPM or $2.50/unique click
468x60 – $1.50 CPM or $1.50/unique click (some ads will be on forum)
125x125 – $1.00 CPM or $1.00/unique click
Newsletter text link - $50 per mailing (1831+ *VALIDATED* and *OPT-IN* subscribers)
Note: CPM = Cost Per Thousand Impressions (non-unique)
$1 or $2 per unique click is excellent advertising for the cost since Google Adwords has an average cost of $4.30/click (non unique) for “web hosting.” And generally, someone clicking your ad has done so because they are in need of what you have advertised. If you are in desperate need for new clients, this is what you need.
Payments:
You may choose between either CPM or unique clicks (not both). Minimum advertising will be $50 payable through PayPal. Check/Money Order will be accepted for anything over $100. You will be required to pay in advance for the amount of traffic/clicks you wish to receive. If you wish to add more, you must pre-pay once again and you will receive more. If you wish to stop your campaign for any reason, I will refund the amount of money that is left.
